Dear Harry:
Thank you for your contribution to the success of the 2004 Methanol Forum. Your participation as a speaker during the final session on Thursday, October 14th was greatly appreciated. And your presentation Project Gia and demonstration of the stove and BriteLyt lantern certainly generated a good deal of interest with our audience.
This year, we attracted over 140 attendees, a 20% jump in attendance over last year’s inaugural conference. Hosted by the Methanol Institute and Jim Jordan and Associates, delegates representing 15 countries participated in the day-and-a-half event (see attached attendee list). The conference program featured a total of over two dozen moderators and presenters, who – like yourself – provided a provocative discussion of the issues facing the global methanol industry.
The Methanol Institute’s Board of Directors has expressed a strong interest in making the Methanol Forum the annual methanol conference to attend in the United States. We have already begun planning for the 2005 Methanol Forum, which will again take place at the St. Regis Hotel in Houston, on October 12th and 13th, 2005.
Thank you again for your service as a speaker for the 2004 Methanol Forum.
Sincerely, John Lynn President & CEO
